Airbnb & VRBO

We will honor the cancellation policy listed on each property on these channels made at the time of booking.

Hurricanes

We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance and no refund will be given for closure due to hurricanes, mandatory evacuations, trip being cut short, or fear of travel.

COVID19

If the government mandates we close our rentals due to COVID19, we will reschedule or give you a gift certificate for the use on any of our properties during the next year from original check-in. No refunds for COVID diagnosis, job loss, government travel bans, mandatory quarantine, fear of travel, etc. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance.

House Rules

A few important highlights:

• The guest of record must be age 25+ and must stay each night with the group. No exceptions.
• No smoking or vaping in the house, balconies, yard, driveway, or anywhere on property.
• The max number of guests cannot exceed the “sleeps” number or max number above due to fire code and an agreement with our owners.
• No pets are allowed due to our homes being hypoallergenic.
• **Due to agreements with our owners, a violation of the above will result in guests having to leave the property with forfeiture of monies paid.
• The house comes with starter packs which include: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, bar soap and laundry detergent. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you may need more than we provide.
