This is a perfect home for families with children as well as friend getaways and work retreats. You'll enjoy gorgeous Gulf views from nearly every room in the home as well as private beach access just steps from your back door! Beach services include one umbrella and two chairs.  Located minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping in Miramar Beach!

Destin Dreamers is the premier property management company for luxury rentals in Destin & Miramar Beach. Started by Chris Harper, a luxury home builder, who saw a need for a boutique company that would provide a quality experience for guests.

Our team is onsite daily or just a phone call/text message away from 8 AM to 5 PM six days a week and for emergencies on Sundays or after hours. 

Additional Highlights:

✓ Hulu+TV in every room with Live and On Demand TV from 65+ top channels including sports, news, and movies.
✓ Sand wash-off station on the side of the house.
✓ Our owner built luxury homes for 15 years and keeps the house well maintained, bringing comments from Guests that it “looks just like the pictures”. 
✓ Central AC and Heat (for winter months)
✓ External security cameras in the private community.
✓ Personal greeting & welcome gift from our team who will be available throughout your stay for any issues that arise.
✓ Starter packs are provided including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, and laundry detergent. Please plan accordingly, purchase additional items at
    any local store depending on length of stay.
✓ Additional peace of mind with an included $3,000 accidental damage waiver  ($100 deductible). Exclusions apply. 
 
**Reservations made 24 hours before check-in will have a 6:00 pm check-in time, unless we get the house clean early. We will let you know.
**Guests of record must be age 25+ and stay at the house each night.
** Pool heating is optional $50 a day.

16 Sunsets was the PERFECT getaway for our family.....and will accommodate our growing family with new grandchildren as they come! Located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The home was VERY clean upon arrival and is very well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The heated pool was great when the weather was cool (We stayed over New Year's). The layout is great. The beach is quiet with beautiful white sands. I can't think of even one suggestion to make this a better place to stay. Even before we left, everyone was talking about coming next year. You won't be disapointed!!

Wonderful house with great accommodations! The staff was very accommodating and responded quickly to every question. We had 12 stay very comfortably. Would definitely come again. The beach was so nice. Had a great time

The Perfect Stay

How can I describe this house other than PERFECT? I can't! This is the most amazing home and had the perfect layout for our family! It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities! Kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and even beach towels were provided! The staff could not have been more attentive and helpful! They were quick to resolve any questions or concerns. The pool was a great size for little ones and the access to the beach from the back gate is unbeatable! 16 Sunsets has become our home away from home and we were very blessed to be able to stay for 10 days! We will become repeat renters! Destin Dreamers is, by far, an excellent rental agency and the staff is personal and feels like family!
