Welcome to the Emerald Dream, your luxury beach vacation home away from home! Guests will be enamored with the beauty of this home from the first step inside! Natural light from the stairwell window brightens the way up to the second floor, the highlight of the home. The Game room offers several entertainment options including a pool table, wall-mounted game station with 3,500 arcade games for up to 2 players at a time, and a large flatscreen smart TV. It's the perfect place to hang out anytime you're not out and about or hitting the beach!

OUTDOOR/BEACH EXPERIENCE:

Second and third floor balconies with a view of the pool.  Each has seating and a ceiling fan.   Your vacation house is just a three-minute golf cart drive to the beach! Park in the large parking lot by Pompano Joe’s beach access. It has an ADA service ramp with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk.

COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE:

Your vacation house is in community called the “Retreat at Miramar”.   Guests also have full access to the retreat pool (Heated starting Nov. 15) and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion. 

The community area is the perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool, or simply letting the kids splash away while the adults hang out within range of little ones. Watch sports, movies and more on the 5 big screen TV’s while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area.

Guests are also welcome to fish in the community pond behind the pool area (catch and release).

Our team is onsite daily or just a phone call/text message away from 8 AM to 5 PM six days a week and for emergencies on Sundays or after hours.

My husband and I booked this gorgeous home for us, our 4 adult kids, and their significant others. It was absolutely perfect in every way for the 10 of us! From the state of the art kitchen, the 2nd floor game room, to all bedroom suite options, and even the garage full of beach equipment and the golf cart! I was greeted by Jayton (spelling?) and from the very second, so welcoming and you could feel the pride he felt for this home and your company, Destin Dreamers. The smart home iPad feature was so great to have as well!! We also loved using the big green egg grills and pool area, also really beautiful!! Proximity to the gorgeous beach and crystal blue water at pompano joes, made this location perfect!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We had an excellent stay. The house is laid out well for lots of people. We enjoyed the pool table and video games. Balconies were also a great place to gather. Got cart was a huge bonus. Beds were excellent and bedrooms were laid out that you didn't hear much noise when others were still up. Kitchen and table were great for visiting while cooking. Location was easily walkable to beach and we found parking for golf cart each day even though it was busy. Easy check out and amazing hospitality from Destin Dreamers. Small suggestion would be for kitchen to have hot pads and a few extra kitchen towels but that's minor compared to how great overall experience was. Pool area was crowded but cool- maybe have an adult swim daily? Would definitely come again.

Fun house for families

This house has everything you need to have a fun time in the Destin area. The nicely appointed bedrooms and well-stocked kitchen were our favorite part. The home is well-decorated. The only drawbacks were that the second floor master bedroom shares a bath with one of the bunk rooms, and the floor was dirty (not sandy, but left black marks on our feet). We had a couple of issues that we communicated with the owner, and got speedy and helpful replies. This would be a great place for a couple of families with kids to go in the summer when the beach is nice!

Wonderful close to everything!

I searched for a large house as close to the sand as possible that was affordable. This property was perfect for our family in every way. We were close enough to the beach to walk but had the 6 person golf cart when we wanted to load all of our favorite beach accessories and shuttle over. We also used it to pick up snacks at a nearby service station. It was beyond convenient. We had a pool party and cookout at the cabana one night and the area was so large it was like we had it all to ourselves. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was friendly. The rooms were immaculate the bathrooms were stunning. We had about 18 people in the house at once and not once felt crowded or overwhelmed. The six bathrooms sold me on this house. When your coming from the beach with sandy feet and salty water the last thing you want is to wait for a ton of people to use two bathrooms. We all wished we could live there forever. The house made our whole trip more enjoyable and blessed. If you found this house available for a family trip... just pick it you won't find one better.
