This magnificent new build boasts 9 luxurious bedrooms with full en suite bathrooms, including two bunk rooms that sleep 6 each. With only a two minute golf cart ride to the public beach access, or a 4 minute walk, this home is the perfect getaway for large groups desiring both luxury and ease. This unique gem, in such close proximity to the beach, also provides ample parking and unmatched privacy. Peaceful Palms really has it all!

The first floor was designed with fun in mind! The grand game room comes complete with ping pong and pool tables as well as an arcade machine full of classic games. Movies come alive in the surround sound theater room with 10 reclining seats. A king bedroom and bunk room both with ensuite bathrooms, a half-bath off the game room, and a full laundry room, all make this floor tons of fun and extremely functional for families and large parties. The kitchen/bar area with full-size refrigerator offers an ideal place to serve drinks and food indoors and opens to the full outdoor oasis. Large sliding glass doors open to the covered lounge area with built-in grill, kitchenette, and outdoor half-bath. The fire pit, private *heated pool, and hot tub, offer the ultimate outdoor experience!

As you take the stairs (or elevator) to the second floor, the breezy open concept continues, naturally creating ample space for large groups to relax and enjoy their days in Destin! The modern chef’s kitchen and abundant seating present an ideal experience for gathering, eating, and enjoying. The enormous island is accompanied by an industrial grade refrigerator/freezer, plus one additional regular size refrigerator, Wolf oven with gas range, and adorned with seating at the bar for 14! The dining table comfortably seats another 12, and the breakfast nook accommodates 10. If that’s not enough, the sliding glass doors open completely expanding your living space with another lounge and dining area on the balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool! This floor hosts three king suites and one bunk room all with en suite bathrooms. There is also an additional half-bath and oversized laundry room.

We‘ve saved the best for last! The third floor hosts two more king suites complete with en suite bathrooms. A kitchen, small dining/work space, and an additional family room give the guests on this floor a place to spread out and some quiet space. Off the family room, sliding glass doors open to a wrap-around balcony, plenty of outdoor dining, and a spiral staircase leading to a rooftop look-out with ocean views!

The private amenities this home provides are rare to find so close to the beach! With a three car garage and extensive private drive, this home can easily accommodate up to 10 cars! One 6 person street-legal golf cart included.
