FIRST FLOOR EXPERIENCE

This beautiful, end lot, home welcomes guests through a wide entryway with 9' glass pane door that leads directly into an open living area with ample, comfortable seating, perfect for group hangouts or watching TV. Because of the open floor plan, anyone standing in the kitchen or sitting on the island stools won't miss any of the fun. A half bathroom is conveniently located just off the living area, as well.
Five bar stools at the spacious kitchen island provide additional seating to the formal, 8-seat dining area, just off the kitchen. For even more gathering space, look no further than the walk-out patio furnished for outdoor dining for 6, set against a beautiful pond and water fountain backdrop.
Let's back up to that cook-ready kitchen though, and note that guests will have use of a professional series oversized fridge and freezer, high-end oven, stove range, and microwave, along with toaster and coffee maker, as well as clean, sturdy, amply supplied cookware and dishes to make gathering around meals that much easier and enjoyable.
SECOND FLOOR EXPERIENCE

Stairs up to the second floor open to a second living area, well furnished with sofa, 4 swivel armchairs and stocked with entertainment options in the way of board & card games, big screen TV, and a wall-mounted game station loaded with 3,500 various arcade games for up to 2 players at a time. Step out onto the second level, pond-facing balcony, for more cushioned outdoor seating. The sofa on this floor also converts into a queen bed!
Just off the second living area guests will enjoy one of the house's two, large walk-in laundry rooms with oversized washer and dryer. Why not take a vacation from lugging laundry up and down stairs?
The triple bunk room features 3 twin size beds and wall-mounted TV on a swivel for easy positioning. Special touches like multicolored, rotating ceiling lights and individual bunk nightlights make this space especially fun for kids!
Two short hallways with luxurious bathrooms off to the side lead into the two King rooms on this level. The hallways can be closed off by doors, creating more privacy from the living area. One King room features a private, front-facing balcony with two Adirondacks and a small table. The other King room includes private access to the pond-facing balcony.
The two full bathrooms on this level feature his and her sinks, sparkling walk-in tile showers, and large, two-door closets with plenty of out-of-the way storage space. Thoughtful design of the second floor allows for these bathrooms to become private bathrooms for the King rooms when the hallway doors are closed, but are also accessible to the bunk room guests and anyone hanging out in the second living area when the hallway doors are kept open, all while keeping the King rooms private and traffic-free.
THIRD FLOOR EXPERIENCE

The third floor is home to 3 King rooms, each with full bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a steaming cup of joe from the Keurig coffee station at the top of the landing even before venturing downstairs. One King room leads out to a private, front-facing balcony with seating for two.
The third level bunk room offers two, built-in double bunks (4 beds) and is attached to a private bathroom with single sink, large walk-in tile shower, and single-door closet.
The third level also features a second laundry room with oversized washer and dryer and ironing amenities. Yes, we were serious about not lugging laundry up and down stairs.
**Adults can sleep on any of the bunks, which are 6'2" in length.
BEACH EXPERIENCE
Your vacation house is just a two minute golf cart drive with the COMPLIMENTARY six person street legal golf cart ($175 a day value). Park in the large parking lot by Pompano Joe’s beach access. It has an ADA service ramp with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7 minute walk.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets, white sands, happy hour drinks, beach shade/chair rental, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, and more! Details and links to services provided in your welcome email.
RETREAT AT MIRAMAR COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE
Your vacation house is located in a private community called the “Retreat at Miramar”. Guests also have full access to the 90' long private retreat pool (Heated starting Nov. 15) and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion.
It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool, or simply letting the kids splash away while the adults hang out within range of little ones. Watch sports, movies and more on the 5 big screen TV’s while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area.
Guests are also welcome to fish in the community pond behind the pool area (catch and release).
