Welcome to the Silver Beach Retreat! Enjoy spectacular views of the gulf from three private balconies. Directly on the pristine white sands of the Gulf in Destin, FL. Walk out the back door and you are on the private beach shared by only five townhouse units. Includes complimentary umbrella and chairs (March to October).

THE SECOND FLOOR EXPERIENCE
Up the outside stairs is the main area of the home with an open floor plan. You’ll enter the kitchen area, walk through the dining room which opens up into the spacious living room with full views of the Gulf.
The beautiful kitchen is newly remodeled with all new cabinetry, custom island that seats four, walk in pantry and all new stainless appliances.The dining room, located just off the kitchen has seating for 10. Just off the dining room is a half bath.
From the dining room you’ll step down a step not the living room. Two couches and a love seat provided plenty of seating with a large screen tv to watch sports or movies. A large sliding glass door and four windows stream sunlight in and prove spectacular views of the white sands and water.
Step out on the deck and smell the ocean air and look out over the the beach. Relax on the couch and two soft chairs. A propane Bar B Q grill is there for your use and enjoyment. Enjoy local favorites at the outdoor dining table with seating for six.
A stairway off the balcony leads down to a private outdoor area with a picnic table and foot washing station. Just a few steps away is the walkway over the sand dune to the beach.
THIRD FLOOR EXPERIENCE
Up the stairs from the kitchen is a long hallway with two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two queen beds, a private bath, and a private balcony overlooking the city.
At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom with phenomenal beach and water views. Relax in the king bed while looking out over the gulf or enjoying the latest shows and entertainment with the 46” flat screen HDTV.. Walk through the custom barn door into your private master suite bath complete with custom tiled walk in shower and separate whirlpool garden tub and dual sinks.
Step out onto the balcony and enjoy spectacular sunset views, hear the waves, and catch an occasional glimpse of a dolphin!
There is a washer & dryer located in the third floor hallway for your convenience. .
FOURTH FLOOR EXPERIENCE
A second master suite with a King bathroom opens up to a spacious balcony with views up and down the gulf coast.
Down the hall is a bunk room with two sets of queen bunk beds. Four queen mattresses provided plenty of sleep space. Enjoy a private bathroom with fully stocked linens
PARKING/GARAGE
The entire area under the home is your private garage with parking for one small vehicle and plenty of room for beach gear.Park two cars in the driveway or more nearby.
