FIRST FLOOR EXPERIENCE
Living Area ◊ Kitchen w/ Dining Area ◊ King Room ◊ Full Bath
The Sol Experience home is masterfully designed for versatility and getting the most functional use out of the space. Guests will enter through the front door into the main living area, which features a long, L-shaped sectional sofa and armchairs for comfortable seating and a large, wall-mounted smart TV. Big, white-shuttered windows allow streams of natural light into the room creating a bright, cheery gathering space.
Just beyond the living area is the kitchen, which offers generous cabinet and counter space and use of high end appliances like professional series oversized fridge & freezer, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, along with a toaster and coffee maker. Plenty of cookware and dinnerware make meal times for large groups a breeze. The long, high-top dining table can seat 12, while still leaving room to maneuver around the kitchen. Two extra dining chairs and one child booster seat are also provided.
For any guests who can't or prefer not to climb stairs to get to their bedroom, this home features a King room and full bathroom on the first floor! The King room includes a spacious closet for out-of-the-way storage, big smart TV, and private access to the first level bathroom, which offers a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
SECOND FLOOR EXPERIENCE

The second floor is home to the kid (or kid-at-heart)-friendly Game Room! Featuring a Pool table, game station with 3,500 arcade games for up to 2 players at a time, and big screen smart TV, guests are bound to be spending a lot of their non-beach time right here! The second-level balcony is just off of the game room and offers 4 outdoor chairs with a small table.
The bedrooms on the second floor consist of one King room with a private bathroom and two bunk rooms, each with their own private bathroom.
Bunk Room #1 features 6 built-in twin beds that can sleep adults, if necessary, and a larger private bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Bunk room #2 offers one stand-alone double bunk with an extra twin pull-out bed on the bottom that can be pushed in when not in use to create more floor space. Please note, the free-standing bunks are recommended for kids and teens only.
The second-floor laundry station is one of TWO in this house, and features an oversized washer and dryer for handling all of your dirty work…of the clothing and towel variety, that is.
THIRD FLOOR EXPERIENCE

The third floor welcomes guests to an absolute highlight of this vacation home: a second living area, complete with a multipurpose kitchenette space, is the focal point of this level, which creates a great alternative hangout space to the downstairs living room. Tall windows and sliding glass doors leading out to the third-floor balcony make this space feel airy and open, and allow high-up views of the Retreat at Miramar community where the home is situated.
Guests will find the kitchenette stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, with latte & cappuccino pod capacity (we provide 4 complimentary coffee pods but be sure and load up with your favorites), ice maker & bucket, and mini fridge. So whether you're brewing up a cup of coffee in the morning or whipping up refreshments after a day in the sun, you can do it all from the top level of the house!
You'll also find a second laundry station with oversized washer & dryer up here to help ensure third-floor guests get a vacation from hauling loads up and down stairs!
For sleeping arrangements, this floor offers three King rooms, each with a private bathroom. Two of the King room bathrooms feature His & Her sinks, walk-in shower, and separate water closet; one King room bathroom contains a single sink with a full tub/shower layout.
BEACH EXPERIENCE
Your vacation house is just a two minute golf cart drive with the COMPLIMENTARY six person street legal golf cart ($175 a day value). Park in the large parking lot by Pompano Joe’s beach access. It has an ADA service ramp with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7 minute walk.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets, white sands, happy hour drinks, beach shade/chair rental, parasailing, kayaking, bonfires, and more! Details and links to services provided in your welcome email.
RETREAT AT MIRAMAR COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE
Your vacation house is located in a private community called the “Retreat at Miramar”. Guests also have full access to the 90' long private retreat pool (Heated starting Nov. 15) and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion.
It's a perfect space for cookouts, with 7 Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool, or simply letting the kids splash away while the adults hang out within range of little ones. Watch sports, movies and more on the 5 big screen TV’s while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area.
Guests are also welcome to fish in the community pond behind the pool area (catch and release).
