Our team is onsite daily or just a phone call/text message away from 8 AM to 5 PM six days a week and for emergencies on Sundays or after hours.

We came to celebrate my sister's 40th birthday with a girl's weekend and this house was literally perfect!! We loved the elevator so we could get our luggage upstairs easily. It is the perfect location, just a block away from the beach. It was walking distance from everything you need -- restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shopping, and the liquor store. We went to Shunk Gulley's every day. It's also about a 5 minute drive to Publix. I thought the pool would be small, but it is surprisingly spacious. We got it heated and were able to get in, in January! The house also has everything that you need, including coffee makers on every floor. Everyone had a comfortable bed and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. I cannot say enough good things about it! We're already trying to plan when we can go back!

This was perfect for our large extended family. Close to the beach. Kids loved it. The private pool was great heated for rainy days. It was beautifully decorated and had everything you could want or need. A couple people forgot to bring seats for the beach and it wasn’t an issue bc there was 4 there! I was so happy to find this place. Nothing but great things to say about it.

The best place I ever stay in a vacation day, close to the beach, You don’t need to take your car when you arrive here because you can walk to the beach easy just 2-3 minutes by walking. The house is amazing, brand new, clean and modern style. You will be in love with this place.

16th Birthday trip for our daughter and 4 of her friends. Space was perfect. Close enough to walk to the beach, but with a golf cart to bring all of our stuff first! Plunge pool perfect for after the beach and in the evening relaxing. Kitchen was awesome! Great place all around!

This beach house was so beautiful and clean. Each bed in this six bedroom house was a very good night sleep. The pool was great, but you should get it heated for extra $50 per day. It comes stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The out side balcony has views for the sunsets. The electric golf cart was great for getting to the beach in 2 minutes or you can just walk. The elevator was so great moving supplies for one floor to the next. I would definitely return to Summer Lane.

This is a great property with great amenities. The layout easily accommodated my family and the location provided easy access to the beach and local shops. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Beach supplies and golf cart were a true plus. The covered pool offered a great break from the beach and the family really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this property and will consider staying again in the future.

Amazing house for 2 or 3 families!!!! Pool is perfect for little kids, under cover with enough space to layout after an afternoon @ the beach. The Beach is only a few short minute walk and a golf cart that can help transport beach resources & kids!!!! There is an elevator that works great for groceries and luggage to the appropriate floors. There are so many other things to mention throughout the house TVS, Kitchen, Virtual Game Board (Basement), cooler in the basement by the swimming pool, parking space for at least 4 vehicles, walking distance to several restaurants/activities/ and ice cream. Golf Cart is battery Powered and can make a round trip to Seaside which has golf cart parking.
