The living area includes a large couch seating 8 and an arm chair, shuffleboard, large screen TV and wet bar with wine cooler. French doors lead to the private heated pool and hot tub surrounded by 9 palm trees.
Beautiful outdoor furniture with seating for 4, a fire pit and an additional seating area for 2, will surely give you the peace to feel relaxed and able to unwind. The 1st King bedroom has a closet, full length mirror and access to the pool area. You will find a small laundry room with stackable washer/dryer and storage shelves.
Down the hall from the first King bedroom will be a full bathroom with tub/shower combo . The 2nd King bedroom has large windows overlooking the pool, a walk-in closet and private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
SECOND FLOOR EXPERIENCE

Walk up the stairs or take the elevator to the 2nd floor and you will be lead into a spacious living area with 2 sets of French doors doors opening up to a spacious balcony. As you pass though the kitchen you will notice stainless steel appliances, including a 4 burner gas range/oven, dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator. At the end of the kitchen you will find a large pantry. This area is perfect for dining with your family and friends. As you make your way around the hall heading towards the bedroom you will find the 1/2 bath.
A gorgeous King Suite will be the next door on your right, this room has a private balcony, walk-in closet, large private bathroom including a double vanity, walk-in shower, toilet room as well as a private entrance to this suite's balcony!

Down the hall and around the corner you will come to a King Suite with private balcony overlooking the pool area, a large closet as well as a private bathroom with walk-in shower.
The last room on this floor is a Bunk Room with 2 sets of bunkbeds each with 2 twin beds, a closet, private bathroom with walk-in shower and private access to the balcony. Across the hall from the King Suite and Bunk Room you will find a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Last but not least at the end of the hall to your left will be access to the elevator leading to the lower floors.
