BEACH EXPERIENCE:
Your vacation house is just a 3-minute golf cart drive with the COMPLIMENTARY six-person street legal golf cart ($175 a day value). Park in the large parking lot by Pompano Joe’s beach access. It has an ADA service ramp with restrooms and showers. If you prefer to walk, it is an easy 7-minute walk.

RETREAT AT MIRAMAR COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE:
Your vacation house is in a private community called the Retreat at Miramar. Guests also have full access to the private retreat pool (Heated starting Nov. 15) and spacious lounge, dining, and grilling pavilion.
It's a perfect space for cookouts, with Green Egg charcoal grills (charcoal provided) and for cooling off in the pool, or simply letting the kids splash away while the adults hang out within range of little ones. Watch sports, movies and more on the big screen TV’s while you lounge in the comfortable couches under the covered area.
Guests are also welcome to fish in the community pond behind the pool area (catch and release).

We really enjoyed our stay at Magnolia; it was beautiful, extremely clean, and with a fully appointed kitchen. We especially enjoyed the balconies, patio with grill, and many activities including a full sized pool table, karaoke, and arcade style video games. Magnolia is conveniently located between Baytown Harbor and Destin Harborwalk, near lots of outlet shopping and restaurants, and an easy 10 minute walk to the beach (although a 6 seater golf cart is also available). Destin Dreamers was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We enjoyed Walton County Snowbirds Club with so many activities and friendly people. Thank you, Michael and Allie!

What a beautiful house. I’m a neat freak and very particular with my cleaning. I was shocked how clean everything was. It was definitely up to my standards. Loved all the king size beds for the adults. Kids loved the bunk bed rooms. Having the golf cart to bring all of the beach stuff was so helpful. We just loved everything about our stay at the Magnolia Retreat!! Can’t wait to stay here again!!

My family, consisting of 7 adults and 7 children get together for an annual beach vacation. Magnolia Retreat was by far the best beach house we’ve ever rented. The floor plan accommodated us well. The kitchen’s oversized refrigerator was a plus, as was the table. We could all eat together. The en-suites were very nice. The grandchildren absolutely loved the bunk rooms. Having a golf cart was a plus, as was the use of 4 garbage cans. Destin Dreamers were prompt with any questions that arose. We definitely would rent the house again.

Our stay at the Magnolia Resort was perfect to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our four kids and their families. There were more than enough beds for everyone in our families and we all had places for all to retreat to, whether for personal or family group time. Our 4 kids and their families had the top two floors. The adults and 6 little ones under the age of 4 were in the main bedrooms with them. Two granddaughters had the 4 person bunk room on 3rd floor and our 5 grandsons were in the 6 bedroom bunk room. We were in main floor bedroom. Liked having washer and dryer available for our kids on 2nd and 3rd floors…we would have liked some on main floor too, but not sure where they could have been installed. Check in and out went great….we loaded the cars in between times rain came down. On first day, maintenance arrived in a timely matter for our dishwasher problem and to stock grilling. The home was conveniently located to a number of shops etc. It was nicely stocked with what we needed except I believe we only had one dish cloth and two dish towels in kitchen, so we purchased some extra of those at Walmart. We made a lot of memories there. When we left our family pitched in to clean and leave the home better then when we arrived….not that it was by any means bad, we just like to leave places better than when we arrive. The property was beautiful and equipped with lots of games and entertainment. This was our first annual 1st cousins trip and it was amazing. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, not far from the beach and restaurants. The property manager supplied us with lots of information needed to enjoy our trip beforehand. The check in and out process was simple and easy. I highly recommend.

The trip was a Huge success! Had the entire family, children and grandchildren there. Kitchen has everything you need for meals. Access to the beach was simple with both Car and Golf Cart. We would definitely do it again.

The Magnolia Retreat was amazing. The owners/managers thought of every minute detail, down to ensuring there was charcoal available for the green egg smoker. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our time there, especially when the weather was less than desirable. There was always something for the kids to do. The Magnolia Retreat will definitely be on our list of places to rent in the future.

Could not wait to get there and hated to leave. What a great house. Four of our golfers had their wives and all had King Suites. This house has it all. The pictures you see are what you get. Will be back next year for sure. Ladies, 3 blocks to the beach. Men, less than 2 miles to 4 of the best golf courses anywhere.

Went here with four other families in the fall. I had just hurt my ankle and the main level bedroom was only option for me. It was perfect for me and my wife and very comfortable. I did manage to tour the entire home once and I can tell you this was probably the nicest property we have stayed at over the years in terms of condition, amenities, supplies, location, etc. We had a total of 12 people at the house and at no time did anyone feel cramped. Oh, and the property manager came by to check on our stay a couple of times to see if we needed anything.
While the property is a few blocks from the beach, the 6-person cart was perfect to shuttle my gimpy butt to the beach. I cannot speak to the other units in this complex but the owners of this property obviously take very good care of the house for their guests.

I had the pleasure to stay at Magnolia Retreat in September along with three other families. The house is absolutely pristine and really added to our beach trip. Every room was beautifully decorated with no details overlooked. The layout of the house is welcoming, comfortable and spacious.
The kitchen is the heart of this home. Appliances were brand new, and the huge island was our usual gathering place. Cabinets was fully stocked, so if you decide to eat-in - all cook wear and kitchen supplies were easy to find and in great condition. The refrigerator is large and able to hold plenty of food for multiple families.
I am super picky when it comes to beds and my sleep, and Magnolia Retreat's beds were super comfortable. I slept fantastic every night of our stay. Bedding and linens were clean and plentiful. And the fact that every bedroom has it's own bathroom was SUPER convenient when traveling with other families.
There is so much space available for groups to gather and hang out, as well as separate spaces for kids to have their own retreat. We spent many mornings enjoying our coffee from our private deck before dealing with the kids!
We loved having the golf cart to quickly get to the beach, even though many times we walked since it was a short stroll. The cart was great to drop off chairs, umbrella's and heavier items, and was large enough to fit 6 people. We enjoyed having the pool conveniently across the way to wind down after a fun day.
I would recommend staying at Magnolia Retreat to young families, couples and family reunions. The location is great with lots of restaurants close by, and you simply cannot find a nicer beach. I cannot wait for our next trip. Thank you for renting such a beautiful home to enjoy!

This home is gorgeous! The owners did not skimp on their home decor. Our large extended family had so much space for everyone. I love that every bedroom had a spacious full bathroom. The included golf cart was helpful for bringing coolers, chairs, and children to the beach. The beach is close enough to walk for others that enjoy a stroll. The beaches here are beautiful! The owners were very responsive and pleasant. Even their maintenance guy was super nice and helpful. We did not have any issues at all. Next time we’re back in Destin, we will definitely be renting this home again!

We had three families come down from Atlanta for fall break and we stayed at Magnolia Retreat. All I can say is WOW!! This home has it all, 7 bedrooms and 4 king master bedrooms and multiple game rooms, it can accommodate large groups or family reunions. All 7 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which was so nice! The furnishings were top notch and it had all the little details that you would only expect to have in your primary home. Ray met us upon arrival and brought us a nice welcome gift and made sure we had everything we needed. A couple days in to the stay one of the TV remotes needed new batteries so we called Destin Dreamers. They brought us new batteries and a few additional extras within one hour of calling! The 6 person golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach and transport all of our beach gear. My son loved the big tires and especially the horn! We loved everything about this home and can’t wait to come back.

Thank you so much for your services while we stayed at Magnolia!!. The house was well equipped with all we needed for a crowd of 21. Also, there was plenty space for everyone. The boys enjoyed the pool table the most, plenty games to have fun. The golf cart was a plus. We had a couple of issues with the car, but they were fixed immediately. My only suggestion will be to change the cover of the sofa in the living, but that didn't stop us from enjoying this great house. Also We left a couple of things at the house, and nobody have contacted us to follow up on this. I know this is our responsibility, but at least as a courtesy would be nice to say we looked after those things. Thank you for allowing us to had such a great time in such a great house.... we will be back for sure!

I stayed at the Magnolia Retreat this past October with several of my high school girlfriends and it was nothing short of magical. To start, the unit is incredibly appointed, right out of Chip and Joanna's own TV show. It was super close to the beach within working distance which made heading to the beach to lay out (with the golf cart, chairs and umbrella provided by the unit), take a walk on the beautifully manicured path or an early morning run, easy. The rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable, each with our own bathrooms! We loved hanging on the various decks and having a cocktail before heading out for the night. One of the days we decided to check out the community pool which was awesome. Its super close so we could run back to the house if/when we wanted snacks, and the overhang and tables gave plenty of options for taking a break from the sun, playing card games, watching the TVs and more. Can't say enough about this place except perhaps I wish I lived in it full time! I will be back for sure!

We LOVED our stay at the Magnolia Retreat. It was immaculate, within walking distance to the beach and shopping, and well-equipped. It was also decorated beautifully. The game room was a ton of fun and there was plenty of space for everyone to comfortably enjoy all of the common rooms. We also enjoyed spending time on the balconies with TV! I slept so well - the beds are SO comfortable. It was a pleasure to work with the management company and we all enjoyed their welcome treats. We can't wait to visit again!

We love this home! The Magnolia Retreat had everything that we needed during our stay all the way down to the margarita maker! The home is perfect for multiple families as each of the 7 bedrooms has its own full bathroom. The first floor master was perfect for the Grandparents. The home was super clean and was even nicer in person than the photos depicted. The 6 person golf cart was very convenient and only a 2 or 3 minute ride to the beach - such an awesome perk!! We have already booked out next stay!

This home is immaculate and has everything you will possibly need for a fun and comfortable stay near the beach. Every possible kitchen tool was there. The bath and beach towels were provided.
